Article 0 (Scope)
These Terms apply to all music and audio products sold in this shop. Where a product page states different terms, those terms take precedence.
By purchasing or downloading this data (the “Product”), you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).
Article 1 (Permitted Uses)
A user who has purchased or downloaded the Product (the “User”) may freely use the Product within the following scope.
Commercial use Whether an individual or a company, you may produce, sell, and distribute (including monetization) works that use the Product as background music (BGM) or sound effects — in videos, games, animation, live streams, events, retail spaces, applications, and similar. Use by companies in commercial works, including incorporation into such works, is fully permitted.
Editing the data You may adjust volume, apply fades, create loops, change the length, and layer the Product with other audio to suit your purposes.
One license per purchase The right to use the Product belongs solely to the purchasing User (for a company, one individual who directly manages and uses the Product). A single purchase may not be shared or passed around among multiple people.
Article 2 (Prohibited Uses)
The User may not do any of the following.
Redistribution and resale Redistributing or reselling the Product data itself, or any modified version of it. This includes uploading it to any website, pirate site, cloud storage, or online community (Discord and the like), and publishing shared links, whether inside or outside Japan.
Reuse as music production material Reconstructing, distributing, or selling the Product as a loop pack, sample pack, sound library, ringtone distribution, or any other music material product. This also includes extracting individual instrument sounds, rhythms, or phrases from the Product for use or distribution as source material.
Registration with music distribution services Registering or distributing the Product (including modified versions) as your own work on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, or any other music distribution service (whether subscription-based or download-based), either directly or through a distributor such as DistroKid, TuneCore, or CD Baby.
Registration with rights management systems Registering the Product (including modified versions) with YouTube Content ID, JASRAC, NexTone, or any other collecting society or rights management system, or causing a third party to do so. These Terms grant permission to use the Product as background music; they do not transfer ownership of any rights. If such a registration by the User causes disadvantage to other users, we may require the User to remove it, and may claim compensation for any damages we incur.
Uses contrary to public order and morals Use in works intended to advocate specific political or religious positions, to defame others, or to violate the law. Use in expression that complies with the guidelines of the relevant content platform — including age-restricted content — is not restricted unless it falls under the above.
Unreasonable contact Sending inquiries, complaints, or messages to us in a manner or of a nature exceeding what is socially acceptable (persistent repetition, abusive language, threats, unreasonable demands, and the like).
Use for AI training Using the Product, modified versions of it, or audio or data output from it for the purpose of training, developing, or otherwise building artificial intelligence models, including music generation AI. This includes incorporating it into a dataset.
Article 3 (Vocal-Related Provisions)
This Article applies in addition to Articles 1 and 2, both to products that include vocals and to any use of a product involving singing.
Ownership of rights All rights in the composition, lyrics, and vocal performance contained in the Product belong to us. These Terms grant permission to use them as background music; they do not transfer ownership.
Handling of the vocal part The User may not extract, isolate, or process the vocal part on its own, nor replace it with another vocal, synthesized voice, or text-to-speech. If you wish to replace the vocal, please contact us before purchase. We may be able to accommodate this under separate terms.
No voice reproduction or training Using the vocal performance to train or develop voice synthesis models, singing synthesis systems, or voice changers, to build datasets for such purposes, or to generate audio that reproduces or imitates our vocal characteristics, is prohibited.
Handling of lyrics Lyrics may be displayed as subtitles or on-screen text within a work that uses the Product. Reproducing or distributing the lyrics on their own as text, and modifying or translating the lyrics for publication, are not permitted.
No re-recording or cover versions Recording your own performance or singing of the Product’s composition and publishing or selling it (a cover version, a “singing” video, and the like) is prohibited. Please contact us if you wish to do this.
Instrumental versions Where an instrumental version without vocals is included, the vocal-related provisions of this Article do not apply to that file, and it may be used within the scope of Articles 1 and 2.
Our representation as to content All music included in the Product is original work created by us. It contains no cover versions of existing songs and no compositions, lyrics, or recordings owned by third parties.
Additional Licenses
A standard purchase covers use of the Product as background music. If you wish to sing over a track, or to use one as a theme song with vocals, please purchase one of the following before use. Contact us before purchase to arrange this.
Vocal License — USD 100 per track Sing over a purchased track and publish the result.
- An instrumental version will be provided
- Advertising revenue on YouTube, social media, and similar platforms is permitted
- Use as an opening, ending, or theme song in a game or application is permitted
- Corporate channels and client work are included
- Credit is required
Lyric Replacement License — USD 200 per track In addition to the above, write and perform your own lyrics over the existing melody.
- Rights in the composition and arrangement remain with us
- Rights in your lyrics belong to you
Conditions common to both licenses
- Prices are per track. The underlying track must be purchased separately.
- Both licenses are non-exclusive. The same track may be sold to other customers.
- Registering the resulting recording with a music distribution service or a rights management system such as Content ID remains prohibited under every license (see Article 2). This includes releasing it as a single or an album on streaming platforms.
Custom work and exclusivity We do not accept commissions for original or made-to-order music, and exclusive licenses are not available.
Price changes Article 8 (Changes to These Terms) does not apply to the prices set out in this Article. Instead, the following applies.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- The applicable price is the price in effect at the time we send you a quotation or written confirmation.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
- Where this Article and the amount stated in our confirmation differ, the amount in our confirmation prevails.
Article 4 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)
Refunds Because of the nature of digital data, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges after purchase for reasons attributable to the User. Please understand this in advance. Refunds required by the sales platform’s own policies or by applicable law will be handled in accordance with those rules.
Limitation of liability We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or trouble arising for the User from use of the Product or from any defect in it. In the event that we do become liable for damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, or any other legal cause, our total liability for compensation and refunds to a User is limited to the amount that User paid us for the Product.
No guarantee regarding platform behavior If a work using the Product receives a warning, demonetization, or similar action from an automated detection system on a video or streaming platform, we do not guarantee that this will be resolved. Where the cause is a registration under our control, we will respond as far as we reasonably can.
Article 5 (Inquiries and Handling of Personal Information)
Scope of support If the Product has a clear defect such as a corrupted file, please contact us through the platform’s messaging function. We may be unable to answer questions about how to operate music production software, requests for individual setup support, or questions about uses outside the intended specification.
Privacy Where we obtain a User’s personal information (account name, email address, and the like) in connection with an inquiry, we will use that information only to respond to the inquiry and provide support. We will not disclose or provide it to third parties except as required by law.
Article 6 (Exclusion of Antisocial Forces)
The User represents and warrants that they are not, and will not in the future be, a member of any antisocial force (organized crime groups, their members, or equivalent parties). If the User breaches this, we may terminate the User’s license to the Product immediately and without notice.
Article 7 (Credit)
Crediting us in works that use the Product is optional. That said, if you do wish to credit us, we would be very glad to be listed as “King★Musa” (きんぐ★武佐).
Regarding sound libraries used The Product was created using commercial sound libraries that we are properly licensed to use. Rights in those libraries remain with their respective providers, and what these Terms license to the User is the finished musical work only. The User may not extract individual instrument sounds from the Product for separate use (see Article 2).
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
We may amend these Terms as necessary.
Where we amend these Terms, we will announce the content of the amended Terms and their effective date at least seven (7) days before that effective date, by posting on our website or by another appropriate method.
If the User purchases or downloads the Product on or after the effective date, or continues to use the Product (including modified versions) past the effective date, the User is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Should litigation concerning the Product become necessary, the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance by agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All music sold in this shop is produced using properly licensed commercial sound libraries.
